A Chinhoyi man, who raped a juvenile who had gone into a toilet to relieve herself, has been jailed for four years. Tigere Poko (48) of Chirema appeared before Chinhoyi magistrate, Ignatius Mugova and was found guilty. Prosecuting, Nyasha Sibesha, told the court that on November 14, 2021 during the morning, the 12 year old who is the complainant, went to the toilet to relieve herself. Poko then went into the same toilet and raped the teenager. Rape  and other forms of sexual violence are human rights violation,
